Photos submitted with your request
You confirm that you own the photos or have permission to submit them. You authorize us to store, copy and use them to review your service request, document vehicle condition and support authorized ignition interlock services. Do not upload identification documents, government notices or program records through the vehicle-photo field.
Optional public use
With your separate permission, we may edit and publish selected vehicle photos for customer education, vehicle examples and marketing. Before publication, we will make reasonable efforts to remove or obscure identifying details, including faces, license plates, visible VINs, documents and location metadata. Complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed. Permission does not include publication of participant identities, program records or eligibility information.
Public use is optional and is not required to request service. We record your submitted choice, the exact wording, wording version and date. Submitting a photo does not automatically grant permission to publish it for education or marketing. Contact us if you want to change your permission for future use.
